After a year and a half, we got it! The return of Jiří Procházko and straight into the title match against Alex Pereira.

Jiří Procházka (29-3-1) has three fights, three wins, three finishes and one champion title in the UFC. He successively ended Oezdemir, Reyes by knockout, and Teixeira in the title match by submission. Jirka was scheduled for his first defense and at the same time a rematch with Glover Teixeira, but before the fight he suffered a nasty shoulder injury that sidelined him for a long time. He has made one appearance in the light heavyweight division so far, defeating former champion Błachowicz on points, and this win secured him a place in the title match with Procházko. Pereira is a fantastic stand-up guy and saw his greatest success in the most famous stand-up organization, Glory Kickboxing, where he was a champion in two weight divisions (middleweight, light heavyweight) and this week Glory inducted him into their hall of fame, making Pereira only the third member of the hall of fame so far! Pereira's weaknesses could be on the ground, although he showed decent defense on the ground against Błachowicz. Pereira is 36 years old and this will be his sixth game in the space of a year and a half, which is quite a lot of games at that age and this could be the deciding factor.
